Our COVID-19 Response
During the COVID-19 crisis, we're taking the following steps to ensure the safety of our passengers and drivers:
Instructing drivers to use disinfectant on all high touch surfaces (debit machines, door handles, seat belt clips, etc) between trips.
Instructing drivers to frequently do a full disinfectant wipe down of the vehicle surfaces that customers may contact.
Instructing drivers to not drive if they show any symptoms of COVID-19.
Minimizing contact between drivers and customers, including temporarily suspending the requirement for signatures for account and student card trips.
