Our COVID-19 Response

During the COVID-19 crisis, we're taking the following steps to ensure the safety of our passengers and drivers:​​

  • Instructing drivers to use disinfectant on all high touch surfaces (debit machines, door handles, seat belt clips, etc) between trips.

  • Instructing drivers to frequently do a full disinfectant wipe down of the vehicle surfaces that customers may contact.

  • Instructing drivers to not drive if they show any symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Minimizing contact between drivers and customers, including temporarily suspending the requirement for signatures for account trips.

  • Many of our cars have installed plexiglass dividers to provide a barrier between driver and customer.  A vehicle with a divider is available upon request from our dispatch.

Drivers and customers are required to wear masks at all times

in the vehicle unless they cannot due to a medical reason
